KTM SOLUTIONS’ FOUNDERS RETIRE, BELFLOWER TO TAKE OVER OPERATIONS

Paul and Ginger Kumler – KTM Solutions Founders

Paul (President) and Ginger (CEO) Kumler, Founders of KTM Solutions will retire on April 1, 2022. Upon retirement, the Kumlers will sell all shares in KTM Solutions to Thomas D. (Dev) Belflower III for an undisclosed value. Mr. Belflower is a long-term employee of KTM Solutions and has most recently served as the company’s Chief Operations Officer. “I am happy for Dev.

He has proven himself over the last 16 years to be a very capable leader. I anticipate that he will take KTM Solutions to the next level.” Says Paul Kumler. “Dev has been with KTM Solutions almost since the first day. He has grown with the company, is a significant part of the company’s DNA.

Dev’s technical knowledge, personality, and integrity are sure to maintain the company culture that we worked so hard to foster,” says Ginger Kumler. Mr. and Mrs. Kumler say that their definition of retirement doesn’t mean slowing down. They will travel and enjoy some long-neglected hobbies, remain active in the Greenville/Spartanburg community through volunteer work and will continue to manage their commercial property in Greer.
