As a Regional Vice President at the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (SCMEP), Rhonda leverages her extensive engineering and leadership expertise to serve manufacturers in her region. When it comes to her clients, Rhonda is not only a qualified advisor, but a trusted mentor, who provides actionable recommendations for successfully driving operational improvements. Her no nonsense approach to problem solving makes her a fierce advocate for challenging the status quo.
Although she cut her teeth in manufacturing in her early career, SCMEP has truly become the place that she calls home. Her nearly 22 years of service to the organization is a testament to her genuine passion and dedication to our mission to serve South Carolina’s manufacturers. Treasured by peers and clients alike, Rhonda is an invaluable part of the SCMEP team.
Rhonda’s desire to contribute to the greater good is best captured in her own words: “If I had a singing voice, I would want to sing harmony rather than a solo. I never crave the limelight as I thrive on collaborating with others to make the whole better.
